The universal ball joint has an 8mm-diameter hole, making it easy to attach various strobes (sea&sea and similar) to related arms, and other devices. Made from 40-micron anodized anticorodal aluminum (military standard), for maximum durability and excellent resistance to wear and seawater. An O-ring in the center of the ball joint acts as a clutch: the ball joint tightened by the clamp can be loosened to move the arm in the water without having to retighten it.
