Kodak Whitworth blind-hole ball joint (blind thread) inside, made of anticorodal aluminum and anodized to 40 microns (military standard) to ensure maximum durability and excellent resistance to wear and seawater. It can be easily adapted to different supports, flashes, lighting, etc. An O-ring in the center of the ball joint acts like a clutch: the ball joint tightened by the clamp can be loosened so as to move the arm in the water without having to retighten it.
