The starting ball joint is composed of a base bayonet and an M6 ball joint in 40-micron anodized anticorodal aluminum (military standard), for maximum durability and excellent resistance to wear and seawater. This accessory can be easily adapted for use with a variety of different housings, and allows a complete arm kit, such as the Carbonarm kits, to be easily removed.
